King Kaleeb Collab (Ethiopia)

This single source Ethiopian roast celebrates one of the best- documented and well known kings of Aksum, which was nestled in modern day Tigray, Ethiopia. One of the great things King Kaleeb (spelled “Kaleb”) pulled off was uniting trade between Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. To honor his spirit of collaboration, we bring you a roast, with notes of black tea, dried apricot, floral, and peach. Enjoy!
